New recruits for soil work at the Domaine!

For a week now, the sound of bells and bleating has been heard in the vineyards. 

Bien surveillés par les chiens de berger, environ 300 moutons paissent tranquillement sur le domaine.

Ils permettent une coupe rase à un moment important car nos sols peu profonds et sableux sont gorgés d’eau et inaccessibles en tracteur. La coupe permet d’éviter les hautes herbes et donc de limiter le risque de gel sur les premiers bourgeons.
