Winetasting
This red wine has a deep garnet color. The nose is intense and deep with very ripe red fruits enveloped in roasted notes (coffee, cocoa). The palate is rich and supple, with aromatic notes of red fruits and a velvety tannic structure. The finish is long and delicious, always with a nice freshness.
Food and wine pairing
This great wine accompanies perfectly a juicy prime rib of beef, game or a refined cheese platter.
Ageing
6 to 8 years, Can be drunk today thanks to its freshness or later when the wine evolves and becomes more complex.
The ideal tasting temperature is 18°C.
